Educational Support Programs

English Language Support

Our English Language Support program helps students develop the language skills needed for academic success and confident communication. Through personalized instruction, vocabulary enrichment, and reading and writing development, students gain fluency and precision in English. Support is closely aligned with classroom learning, enabling each learner to participate fully in every subject area while growing as a capable and expressive communicator.

Mother-Tongue Language Support

We value and encourage the development of students’ mother tongues as an essential part of identity and learning. Mother Tongue Language Support offers opportunities to maintain and extend native language skills through reading, writing, and cultural exploration. In addition to dedicated Language Lab sessions, our Diploma Programme includes literature options in various languages. A full-time on-campus German teacher also supports language continuity and cultural connection.

Math Tutoring Center

Our Math Tutoring Center provides individualized and small-group support to help every student build confidence and mastery in mathematics. Guided by experienced educators, students strengthen their problem-solving skills, reinforce classroom learning, and extend their understanding through targeted practice. Whether reviewing key concepts or exploring advanced topics, our goal is to make math meaningful, engaging, and accessible to all learners.

Subject Office Hours

Office Hours provide a structured opportunity for students to seek clarification, review materials, or receive additional academic guidance. Teachers are available weekly to answer questions, offer feedback, and support independent study. This time helps students take ownership of their learning, strengthen understanding, and refine skills across all subjects. It’s an open, supportive space designed to encourage academic growth and confidence.

Tip-Top Time (PYP)

Tip-Top Time is a dynamic and flexible period within the PYP designed to nurture curiosity, creativity, and essential learning skills. Students use this time for project exploration, language enrichment, and personalized support, guided by their teachers. The goal is to encourage independent thinking, collaboration, and reflection in a supportive environment that builds confidence and prepares learners for success across all areas of the curriculum.

Language Lab (Grades 1-6)

Language Lab is a dedicated time for differentiated language instruction tailored to each student’s needs. During these sessions, learners engage in small-group and individualized activities to strengthen English, mother tongue, and additional language skills. Much of our English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Mother Tongue support takes place here, fostering confidence, fluency, and cross-cultural understanding from the earliest years.

From the first year of secondary school through entry into the Diploma Programme and the university admissions process, our dedicated counselor supports each student in exploring academic pathways and future goals. We use a proprietary advising platform to help students research and apply to international universities worldwide, while offering tailored, in-person guidance for those continuing their studies at Croatian institutions. We ensure every graduate is well-prepared, confident, and ready for their next steps.
